At Ceylon Cleo, each order is prepared with the utmost care, ensuring that your experience begins the moment you make a purchase. Our team processes and ships orders from Monday through Friday, striving to send your treasures as swiftly as possible—typically within two (2) business days. However, during peak moments of demand, such as holidays or exclusive sales, we may require up to five (5) business days to complete your order.
On rare occasions, a surge in demand may deplete our inventory before updates are reflected online. If this affects your order, we will notify you immediately with an update on expected shipping times.
Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Returns for Samples & Decants
Non-Returnable Items
Each sample and decant is carefully hand-filled from the original manufacturer’s bottle, ensuring authenticity. While we guarantee the quality of our perfumes, we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will speak to your soul. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the outer box or envelope has been opened, even if the sample remains unused.
Returnable Items
If your sample or decant remains sealed in its original unopened and untampered packaging, we will gladly accept a return.
Returns for Full-Sized Bottles
Unopened and Unused Bottles
If your perfume bottle arrives wrapped in cellophane, returns will only be accepted if the wrapping remains fully intact. If your bottle was originally packaged without cellophane, it must be returned unopened and completely unused.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the purity of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns if:

The cellophane wrapping has been opened.

The bottle has been sprayed.

The security seal has been tampered with or broken.

There are any signs of usage or handling beyond the original condition.
International Orders
Due to shipping complexities, we are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time.
The Return Process

Initiate Your Request
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@ceyloncleo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return label. Kindly wait for confirmation before sending any items back. -
Pack & Ship
Securely return your item in its original packaging. Affix the provided return label and ship it back to us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the return authorization. -
Verification
Upon arrival, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to 10 business days. If the return does not qualify, we will contact you to discuss return shipping options. -
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If a replacement is available, it will be shipped to you promptly. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Order Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and reach out to us within five (5) days at support@ceyloncleo.com. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you deserve—nothing less than perfection.
