Insolence opens with raspberry, red berries, bergamot, and lemon before a heart of violet, rose, and orange blossom. The base settles into iris, tonka bean, resins, musk, and sandalwood. Launched by Guerlain in 2006 in an iconic inverted-heart bottle, it marked the house's first-ever use of berries — an overdosed, high-voltage violet built for a bold, unapologetic woman.
