L'Ambre des Merveilles opens with a warm, sensual amber before a heart of labdanum and patchouli, settling into a rich Balsam of Peru base with vanilla. Composed by Jean-Claude Ellena and launched by Hermès in 2012 as the third opus of the Merveilles constellation, it takes the house's signature amber-wood accord and pushes it fully into cocooning, edible warmth.
