Oud Bouquet (Original Formulation) | Maison Lancome (Full-size)

This is the original 2014 formulation of Lancôme's Oud Bouquet — the version collectors specifically seek out, housed in the gold mosaic rose bottle from before the line was rebranded as Maison Lancôme. The scent leans syrupy and rich from the first spray: a dense, smoky agarwood base meets a sharp hit of saffron, with rose centifolia running through the middle for balance. Guaiac wood and copahu balm deepen the drydown, while praline and vanilla round out the finish without tipping it into overly sweet territory. Performance is the other reason this formulation has a following — expect true beast-mode longevity, often 24+ hours, with a heavy, room-filling sillage. It's since been discontinued and reformulated twice over, which is exactly why this particular bottle is worth having.
