Collection: Chanel

Chanel launched into fragrance in 1921 with No. 5 — the first perfume built and marketed by a fashion designer rather than a dedicated perfumer, and still one of the best-selling scents ever made. Everything the house has released since carries that same instinct: restraint over spectacle, abstraction over literal florals, and a signature "Chanel DNA" (soapy, aldehydic, unmistakably clean) that runs through even the more unconventional entries like the Les Exclusifs line. It's a house built on doing very few things, extremely well, for over a century.
