Beige | Chanel Les Exclusifs

Beige is Chanel's tribute to Gabrielle Chanel's favorite color, part of the Les Exclusifs line composed by Jacques Polge. It opens with tangy mandarin and neroli, moves into a dense white-floral heart of jasmine, gardenia, rose, heliotrope, and ylang-ylang layered over hawthorn and frangipani, and settles into honey, iris, and musk for a warm, powdery finish. It's one of the sweeter, more approachable entries in the Exclusifs line — closer to a soft honeyed floral than the house's usual soapy-clean signature.

Cleo's take: “A light hint of frangipani — very tropical, but moderated by that Chanel DNA so it feels crisp and clean. Such a clean girl fragrance.”
